Our braided cables have a copper core of various sizes, coated with a layer of silicone rubber for electrical and mechanical protection. A layer of polyester or fibreglass is added on top for additional protection, making the braided cables more resistant to different manipulations.
Our proprietary technology allows us to manufacture a wide range of cables to fit every need. There is a wide range of colours you can choose from for both the silicone coating and the braided layer on top in case its polyester. If the coating is from fibreglass the colour is white.
The manufacturing process of a silicone profile produces a continuous profile at any length. Based on your requirements it can be cut into any length from a few centimetres to up to two hundred meters. Depending on the cross-section of the profile it might be packaged into batches or rolled on rolls.
