The silicone heating wire consists of a Kanthal D heating wire of various sizes. A layer of silicone rubber is then extruded on top to provide the needed level of protection. The silicone layer can be of a wide range of colours to match the aesthetic of your products.
The manufacturing process of a silicone profile produces a continuous profile at any length. Based on your requirements it can be cut into any length from a few centimetres to up to two hundred meters. Depending on the cross-section of the profile it might be packaged into batches or rolled on rolls.
